How can I refer my friends?

It’s easy to invite your friends, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Log into your account.

2. Click the Refer a Friend tab on the right

3. Copy your referral invite link or share it via email, Twitter, Facebook, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

4. You will receive a confirmation email that your reward has been activated once your friend completes their first order (over £10).

How do I know when a friend accepts my referral?

We will send you a confirmation email when a friend places their order via your referral invite link as this will activate your discount.

How do I claim my discount?

Your discount code will be emailed to you once your friend has placed their first order. It will also be saved on your my account – Refer a friend page for added convenience, once you have redeemed the code it will no longer show.

Can I refer without sending a referral invite link?

No, we only accept and record referrals that are sent to us through the referral invite link. Your discount can only be activated through the personal invite link you share.

How many friends can I refer?

You can share your referral invite link with as many friends as you like. However keep in mind that you will only receive a code after a friend has placed their first order with us that is over £10.

Can I refer a friend from another country?

You certainly can, all you have to do it send them your referral link and once they place their first order you will receive a 10% discount code.

 

Terms and conditions

Halsted Food account holders can:

  • Refer multiple friends – there is no limit. Referred friends must be completely new to Halsted foods. They must not have placed a previous order.
  • Only have one Halsted foods account and cannot refer themselves
  • Post the unique referral link on personal social media accounts, excluding any site that is contributed to or is owned by someone else (e.g. Wikipedia and coupon websites).

 

Referred friends can:

  • Join Halsted Foods as a referred friend if they’ve never made for an order. They can start referring their own friends as soon as they have an account

Rewards

When referring friends, Halsted Foods account holders:

  • Earn a one off 10% discount for the first order placed by a new customer that has used said referral link and spent over £10. The new customer is also provided with a 5% discount code after they have placed their first order over £10

About the discount code

  • The discount codes have no official monetary value and can’t be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for proper cash.
  • The coupons will stay on your account indefinitely until they are used. Once they are used they are automatically removed.
  • The coupons cannot be used / combined with any other offer or coupon.
